Extracurricular Life

When it comes to extracurricular activities, TGA students enjoy everything that makes life at the University of Tennessee special and then some.  Students have full access to cultural events and facilities on the UT campus, including access to T-RECS, the UT student workout and sports activity facility. They also get to attend selected UT athletic events at no charge.

TGA students have access to facilities on the TSD campus as well, including a basketball court, an indoor swimming pool, athletic fields, and a nine-hole disc golf course. Currently, TGA students cannot take part in intramural sports.

Beyond athletics, students also have an opportunity to participate in a number of other organizations at TGA, such as the environmental club, the philosophy club, the newspaper staff, and student government..

And, of course, there is the occasional road trip.
